In the role of Administrative Support, you will work in close collaboration with the company's purchasing department. You will have contacts with account managers, sales support and suppliers, but your most important tasks will be of an administrative nature.

As Administrative Support, you will be part of the purchasing team. The service involves registration and article care where you will ensure that databases related to articles, suppliers and prices, are correct and up to date. Furthermore, you will also be to assist in supplier negotiations, supplier assessments, complaints handling, contract administration, eco-labeling, creating, updating and maintaining supplier information in SAP.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to be service minded, have a business mindset and you thrive in the role of supporting the team. Furthermore, you have a few years' experience from administrative work. This role has great demands on the ability to structure, prioritize and independently drive your work forward.
Your Swedish and English are very good in speech and writing. The computer will be an important work tool for you and you have very good computer skills and master the Office suite, especially in Excel.
Furthermore, you have worked in some business system before and if you have experience in SAP, it is a big plus, but not a requirement.
